- Total time spent in chat sessions
- Weekly breakdown
- Comparison to course average
Concepts Covered
- Total number of concepts you've engaged with
- Recently studied topics
- Areas needing review
Engagement Score
- Overall measure of your active learning
- Based on question quality and follow-ups
- Not just quantity, but quality of interactions
Understanding Mastery Levels
How Mastery is Calculated
Your mastery of a concept increases when you:
- Ask thoughtful questions about it
- Successfully solve related problems
- Explain concepts back to the AI
- Apply concepts in new contexts
Mastery decreases over time if not reinforced (spaced repetition).
Mastery Stages
- 0-25%: Novice - Just introduced to the concept
- 26-50%: Learning - Building understanding
- 51-75%: Competent - Can apply concept with guidance
- 76-100%: Mastered - Deep understanding, can teach others
